After contacting the store, they immediately sent me a new order with great professionalism, shipping it to a different address to avoid the risk of it getting lost again. After receiving it, I wondered why the first order had been lost but not the second. When I checked my order history, I realized that the mistake actually came from me — I had entered the wrong address. I therefore offered to pay for the new items, but they kindly refused, assuring me that it wasn’t necessary. I would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their understanding, honesty, and excellent customer service. This kind of care is rare nowadays. They didn’t just gain a customer, but a loyal one who truly appreciates that genuine values still exist. Après avoir contacté la boutique, ils m’ont immédiatement renvoyé une nouvelle commande avec beaucoup de professionnalisme, en l’expédiant à une nouvelle adresse afin d’éviter tout risque de perte une seconde fois. Après réception, je me suis demandé pourquoi la première commande avait été perdue et pas la seconde. En vérifiant l’historique de ma première commande, je me suis rendu compte que l’erreur venait de moi : j’avais mal renseigné mon adresse. J’ai donc proposé de payer les nouveaux articles, mais ils ont refusé avec beaucoup de gentillesse, en me disant que ce n’était pas nécessaire. Je tiens sincèrement à remercier toute l’équipe pour leur compréhension, leur honnêteté et leur sens du service. Ce genre d’attention est rare aujourd’hui. Ils n’ont pas seulement gagné une cliente, mais une cliente fidèle, heureuse de voir qu’il existe encore de belles valeurs. Je recommande à 100 % !

The jewellery is very pretty but the cause is much better. I love some of my items but disappointed with one. I had the multi gemstone bracelet for 2 days and it already snapped so its not easy to fix, i will have to take it to a jeweller to fix. Its way to thin. But otherwise, shipping is fast and easy to track all the way.

I have bought 3 hand chain as Eid gift for my friends and family. They all loved it. They said it was really dainty. Also I had issue with one of the orders and the customer service was amazing. They gave me free hand chain which I really appreciated I will definitely recommend this business to all my family and friends.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and would strongly urge others to be very cautious before ordering. After placing my order, I was repeatedly told over a span of three weeks that my items had shipped. I was even given multiple tracking number, none of which were valid. Only after constant following up did they finally admit that the items were not in stock and had never actually been shipped. At that point, I clearly requested that both orders be canceled. That request was completely ignored, and instead, they went ahead and shipped the items anyway. When the package finally arrived, the situation got even worse. One item was completely missing, and two items that were supposed to be different were actually identical. The order was not fulfilled correctly at all. I have now had to involve my credit card company to dispute the charges. Based on my experience, this feels very deceptive and dishonest. It is especially upsetting to see a business appear to use something as meaningful as the holy month of Ramadan and a “feed 2 people” cause in a way that raises serious concerns about whether it is being used to gain trust rather than genuinely help people. Overall, the lack of transparency, ignored cancellation request, false shipping information, and incorrect order fulfillment made this one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. Also know that all these items were CHEAPLY MADE in China and you can buy them off Temu or Shein for literally a couple dollars. BIGTIME SCAMMERS!!! Proceed with extreme caution.

Beautiful pieces at good value with the ongoing sale. Gifted some and the recipients loved them. Shipping did take two weeks so keep that in mind if you need something quickly.
