Absolute scam- money wasted
Absolute scam. And their refund policy is a joke. I will be escalating this to my credit card company and the appropriate consumer protections agencies. You should be ashamed of yourselves, profiting off of Palestinian suffering. I’m also reporting your website to the domain host.

Received half my order.
The items that I received were lovely, but half my order was missing and they’re refusing to give me a refund. I’ve been in contact with the company via email for a month now, and whilst replies are prompt, they keep insisting I choose another 3 items and will not refund me the missing items which are out of stock! I’ve had to raise a dispute via my bank. In addition, 1 of the 3 items I did actually receive was wrong and I was charged twice for shipping protection. This is a shame as I wanted to like this site, they have cute products and are pro Palestine, unsure if they’ve just grown too fast for quality control but I am just sick of them holding my money hostage for items they don’t have.

Beautiful jewellery
The staff were very attentive and kept me updated on the delivery status right up until I received the parcel. The jewellery is absolutely beautiful; I wear it every day and don’t even take it off when I’m in the shower. It’s durable, hasn’t lost its shine and doesn’t run. I’ll definitely be ordering again in the future.

🔥Warning🔥 terrible quality and service
🔥Warning🔥: this company has been a terrible experience. My order was shipped from China, the quality was extremely poor, and even with express shipping it arrived over two weeks late. It was meant to be a gift, which made it even more disappointing. When I asked for a refund, they took about a month to reply and kept dragging the process out instead of resolving it. It has now been three months and I still have no proper outcome. Very disappointing customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. The money probably doesn't even go to the charity they're advertising.

Garbage company
I placed an order 2 weeks ago and I m still awaiting for my tracking number. As per the email they sent after I placed the latter, processing time is between 1 to 5 working days and 15 for delivery. I read all the bad reviews ( even the one bringing to an ally express page with the exact same jewellery) and I wanted to give them a chance , I wish I didn't. These people are preying on Palestinian civilians while supporting unethical industry such as Temù and Ally express . Shame on you especially in the holy month of Ramadan.
