Had an issue with my order with a missing part, reached out to support in two different ways and never got a response. Started a chargeback through my credit card. Update: To their response. Why don’t you look for my email to THAT mailbox that you haven’t responded to rather than coming here and acting like I must have done something wrong?

Didn’t Care
As soon as I hit order, I realize the mailing address was incorrect. I immediately tried to get a hold of someone but could not. By the time I emailed them and they emailed me back a day later they said that it had already been out for shipping and they couldn’t change the address. So I’m in Florida and my headphones. I paid for somewhere in Fort Texas. They won’t do anything about it.
