Okay, people say if a company or an individual does something good for you, you generally tell your friends and family. However, if they do wrong by you, you tell everyone. I wrote a review on the Puzzle Warehouse (PW) back in early July. I called them out on a policy of asking me to return a puzzle which had a defective piece. Which I wasn’t going to for a $16 puzzle. I just tossed it. Granted it’s been a few months but Brian (The owner of PW) only recently saw my review. He agreed with my logic and within an hour of our communication a replacement puzzle was on its way to me. So, I want to tell everyone ( not just friends and family). I feel we can buy with confidence from PW. I reinstalled their app on my phone and i intend to resume buying from them. Brian apologized and insisted on making it right. I cant ask for more than that. Thanks Brian for reaching-out.

Great selection. I order 15ish puzzles at a time multiple times a year. I had one issue with one brand and they quickly took them back and gave me a refund. When I order new ones it ships immediately. I do not get the negative reviews. Love this place.

I wrote a review about the quality of a jigsaw puzzle that I had ordered through Puzzle Warehouse and said that I would not order a puzzle from that particular manufacturer again. My complaint was directed toward the manufacturer of the puzzle, not Puzzle Warehouse. The response that I received from Puzzle Warehouse was excellent.

I have been purchasing puzzles from Puzzle Warehouse for a couple of years now, usually 3-4 puzzles of 1500 pieces per order and always had a great experience. Never a piece missing, always ordering brands I know I like (low dust), and the shipping is always quick. I have yet to have to interface with their customer service as I have never had any issues. I love their inventory and find their regular publishing of coupons a great way to wrangle up puzzles which I use to decompress.

The customer service from this company is top-notch! I had an issue with a damaged puzzle, they replaced it right away. There was another puzzle that I didn't really care for because the pieces didn't stay together and they sent me a free puzzle of my choice! Huge shout out for the great service.

Heel correct. Kreeg per mail onmiddelijk een duidelijk antwoord op mijn vraag ivm verzending (vanuit USA). Vooral heel veel keuze en interessante prijzen zelfs incl. verzendingskosten (bij aankoop 8 puzzels). De puzzels die ik zocht waren enkel op hun site te verkrijgen, had anders op Belgische site willen bestellen... Correcte levering na ongeveer 3 weken zoals vermeld op website.
