I recently placed an order with puzzles up and after a few weeks I received notification that my order had been delivered, but it had not. I was starting to think that I had been scammed once again by an online offer. After contacting the puzzleup support email address, I received a prompt reply from Anna and then the very next day my order was delivered. The support service is great. Might want to check your shipping procedures.

I have ordered 2 puzzles, received them eith mo problems. The qualities are good and it looks as beautiful as the pictures. The only thing that makes me uncomfortable is that the advertisement always say the company is closing. This has been for months and it is still not closed. So I wonder if this is just a tactic to get customers. I prefer honest advertising.

received my purchase yesterday, Aug 21. My delivery was prompt. This sale was wonderful; as the currency exchange between our countries is approx.40% the sale allowed me to purchase products for gifts.

Anna was considered of my worried mind . Because when I got a notice saying the puzzles were delivered and I hadn't received them. Anna responded quickly. I did receive my puzzles in a couple of days. I didn't open them because they are a gift

I ordered 3 puzzles from here but unfortunately wasn't home when the parcels got delivered. The customer support team was very prompt with their responses in trying to resend the packages. Although it took some time, I appreciated that they were responsive and reasonable. Loved the puzzles! Very fun to do :) and pretty!

I ordered 3 puzzles. And i love the odd shapes. I will order again. They arrived in about 2 weeks.
