Craft Hub was founded in 2019 by Isabelle and Pierre, parents of three kids in Montreal, Canada. Craft Hub is the answer of a very important question for parents: “How can we find creative and fun activities to recommend our kids to play”? Especially in a world where kids are so easily confronted with video games portals. Isabelle and Pierre thus came up with the idea to create a store that would provide games enhancing the creativity of their loved ones. While the store initially targeted kids, adults progressively became the main customers of the store as they do were looking to satisfy their quest for creativity. After all, creators have no age! Craft Hub is now present on three continents and is serving hundreds of creative seekers per day. We put our customers first and continuously create ways to please them with new products and new concepts.

My Daughter-in-law has been I'll so I thought I would order some puzzles for her. According to all the reviews, the puzzles and pieces are small and small won't work for her! However, I was going to order anyway and figured someone in the family could put them together! BUT, after I completed the order and went to pay with my bank card, the bank contacted me claiming it was a fraud!

i ordered a puzzle and have not…
i ordered a puzzle and have not received it. Got a your puzzle has been delivered but no puzzle. I sent two emails with order number and have never received a reply. It's been three weeks and I am ready to file a claim to get my money back on my credit card. I think they are a scam.

Yes it is a scam
They said they were located in Aongatete in Bay of Plenty New Zealand, I live in Taupo Waikato NZ, so not far away. They claimed to be going out of business and having a closing down sale. I ordered and paid for an A3 Owl puzzle, yesterday later I received an A5 instead. The price on the site was quooted in US$ which was strange for an NZ company selling locally. i got billed for NZ$71, and the site quoted $49, very confusing. The goods arrived from China. I think this site is a scam on multiple fronts, I will not be buying more.

Feeling scammed!!!!
Had an email last week saying they were delivered!! Of course, they have not and no one will get back to me. I have tried multiple ways. These are for my 90 year old father. I have reached out multiple ways. Very unhappy!!

I got scammed
I ordered 3 puzzles. It took them over 3 weeks to arrive. Then when they did arrive they were SO dinky with tiny pieces the person I bought them for (an avid puzzler) said they were impossible to do. I contacted the company in an effort to get a refund or exchange and the answer was a flat out. "NO." I'll NEVER buy from these scam artists again.

Feel scammed got lured in with a going…
Feel scammed got lured in with a going out of business sale , will be closed in one week and claims of huge discounts. still get scamy marketing from them they are very much in business still. Product definitely looks better in the pictures than it actually is Now they are pretending to play nice but demanding info or the review gets taken down.

I wouldn't give it one star but was…
I wouldn't give it one star but was required to for the review. I ordered a couple of puzzles on Jan 4, 2025. But I have never received them. Order 179680 cost me $21.88. They even sent me an email saying it was delivered. My USPS delivery app said otherwise. I contacted them and was told that they would send them again. But I never received my order. IF NOT A SCAM, IT IS IT'S TWIN.

You should not use this business
You should not use this business. They indicate that they are local and having a going out of business sale; however, it's a big lie. It takes an extended period of time for them not only to ship your product but for you to receive the product. When they finally shipped my order from their "local" store, they sent me a tracking sheet and it was literally one week before they even shipped it. Come to find out the shipment comes from China and it takes no less than 2 weeks for them to ship your product and another 2-3 weeks for you to receive it.
