It's 4 stars which may seem unfair, but only because of tracking. The puzzles came, but tracking was extremely difficult to manage. I was given a tracking number however it was never updated and I received incorrect delivery dates. In the end, I never knew when to expect the puzzles, however they did show up!

It took quite awhile to get the 5 puzzles delivered. Anna was so great,and reassuring and keeping me up to date on my delivery. She was so kind and friendly. So pleasant and happy to help. It was a real pleasure to talk with her.

Loved the product, worked on first one with my daughter, very detailed and challenging Long delivery time Will order more when we finish. The 6 we bought. Great product

Although I was skeptical and thought I would not receive these puzzles after reading other reviews, they eventually did arrive after about 6 weeks. They are sturdy and pieces fit together well. Colours on the small puzzles (A5) are not as vibrant as those shown on the website but they are still worth the price. Note - there is no close out sale, this is just a pitch and the prices are always the same so don’t rush to order! Overall I’m pleased and would recommend.

We have enjoyed our puzzleup puzzles very much. Great quality, beautiful images, vibrant colors. But . . . Is it really necessary to used the GOING OUT OF BUSINESS marketing ploy? LAST DAY!!! DEEP DISCOUNTS!? Though, I hafta say it worked on me. Twice, in fact. So, I guess I can’t blame you. More about the puzzles themselves: - The pieces are reeeeally tiny, so the puzzles are not a good gift for little kids. - The pieces are so small that they’re difficult to manipulate, so they may not be great for elderly folks. My arthritis in my hands isn’t bad (yet), but I’m not sure how much longer I’ll be able to do the puzzles. That said, my wife and I have enjoyed doing the puzzles we have.

The puzzle arrived 2 weeks after ordering. It is beautiful and of great quality. I am looking forward to completing it. I do wish that the size and number of pieces had been included in a description.

I finally got the puzzles even though it was several months later. They did continue to keep me informed but it was somewhat frustrating through the process. They finally resent my order and i got it. Not in time for the party, but i will save for other gifts. They were smaller than i though but very cute. Can not wait to see them put together.
