PuzzlesUp is a fabulous Puzzle company. It has wooden puzzles that my grandchildren and I love to do together! I buy these puzzles as gifts for different occasions for my three grandchildren, my nieces & nephews, and also as donations to church and organizations I belong to. Your Customer Service Representatives are prompt, friendly and courteous. Anna Brown, thank you for you positive attitude, responses and follow through. All Customer Service Representatives should take lessons from you! Plus delivery of the items ordered are remarkably quick! I am looking forward to my shipment now! Thank you for your well fabulous, durable wooden puzzles. G. Peterson

This company is a dream to deal with. I received 4 puzzles which are absolutely beautiful. Both the artwork and the creatively cut up puzzle pieces make the puzzle building so delightful! I contacted customer service about a question and they got right back to me in a very timely manner. My question was answered professionally and courteously. I highly recommend buying puzzles from this company. You won't be disappointed!

Love the puzzles but still waiting for the last of my order to come .

I bought a number of puzzles to give as presents. I wanted to try them first to see what age group they suited. I have assembled two so far and find them challenging and interesting. They are well made, colourful and fun. I suggest assembling them on a piece of felt so they do not slip. I will buy more for sure.

Fabulous creative puzzles So colourful Absolutely thrilled

These are not your usual puzzles - they are very special! I loved the first one I did, so I framed it (bumble bee). I now give and send them as gifts; people are puzzled by the puzzles, and it is now a competition - how long does it take to complete?? I have sent them to my grandchildren, with a challenge, who can finish their puzzles first?!

I love these puzzles. I wish there was a non slip Matt to do them on. But they are beautiful and take your attention.

Customer service is great and very friendly, they replied to my questions straight away when I inquired about the ETA of my order and provided all the information related to it. My order took less than 2 weeks to arrive and I was very satisfied with it, love the products!
