PuzzlesUp representative, Anna, has been extraordinary in her prompt response and customer service in handling my order of puzzles for Christmas gifting! Just when I thought customer service was dead and gone, this company, through Anna, restored my hope! I'd give her ten stars of they were available!

Love the puzzle high quality

Bought four as gifts, the quality looks awesome, customer service was great!!

I love doing puzzles and these wood puzzles have been a new thrill. I keep ordering them and they keep shipping them to me. I am really going to miss them and won't be able to purchase any more! It just won't be the same.

I highly recommend purchasing from them. Their work is amazing and everything I've seen them do is absolutely gorgeous and extremely talented. You can't beat the prices because the amount of time it takes to make these you're getting a steal. They're definitely not a scam.

I inadvertently entered my daughter’s address with two of the street numbers backwards. The delivery of the original order was well within the projected delivery date and while I tried to stop it via the post office, it fell over Labor Day weekend so there was no one to contact. Still, I was able to contact customer service and they responded quickly, allowing me to just pay the new shipping cost to my home address (I was visiting my daughter so didn’t want them there after that date). Anna stayed in contact with me throughout the process and confirmed the shipping information once it was updated, then confirmed the day it arrived even on a weekend. My entire (two part) order arrived in good condition, and in sealed packaging. I’ve done two of them so far and the pieces are in good shape and none are missing (an issue someone mentioned in another review, so I checked specifically for this). Also TrustPilot doesn’t give me an option to add photos (per a noted request in another review). I will post some if it allows.

Fantastic quality, would definitely order again. One stop shop for Xmas shopping.

I have gotten a bit leery about ordering products online lately so I was really pleased that they use PayPal. I would rather pay cash so to speak than put it on credit. It also helps with sorting out any issues if you have them. I live very rural and mail delivery is slow out here, so I always expect to wait. I made one inquiry about my order and had the fastest reply from the nicest person and my parcel was here two days later - it had been on route. I ordered these for gifts for my g-girls - the colours are outstanding, the images beautiful. I swear every image reminded me of someone I knew. A lovely online shopping experience - the puzzles come in different sizes, I ordered small ones, just a nice stocking stuffer size.
