I ordered several puzzles as gifts. The first batch arrived quickly. The second required some back and forth with Puzzleup to figure out what the tracking really meant. Anna was very responsive throughout and assured me the puzzles would arrive. They did, although delayed, and are just what I was looking for. Great customer service. Nice product. Tracking software and shipping needs to change.

I have ordered items from small companies in the past with some very negative experiences. I am so pleased with the customer service at Puzzles Up. They were very responsive and handled my concerns in a very timely manor until they were resolved. After all their help, the problem was on my end! They did everything right :-).

I did not receive my order so I reached out to Anna at Puzzles up who supplied me with a list of suggestions to try to find my order. After doing everything she suggested I still could not find my package. I reached out to Anna again, and was surprised at her immediate response. She was so professional and accommodating, and happily I will be receiving my xmas presents for my boys who just love these amazing products.

I just received my shipment yesterday so haven’t put any together yet. They look great and just what I was expecting. I contacted customer service after several weeks of not receiving them yet. Anna replied promptly. She continued to follow up with me and stayed on top of my order. She sent my tracking for the shipment and they finally arrived! I am very appreciative of the care and follow through that Anna showed. Thank you!

Bought this sea turtle puzzle from puzzledup.com and couldn't be happier with the results. The wooden puzzle looks just like the picture and it was so fun to put together. I found my new hobby and can't wait to buy and complete more puzzles to decorate my house with.

I ordered several small puzzles to start out. After receiving them and putting them together I was so inspired to buy some large puzzles. They are beautiful, they are especially good for your brain!!! It makes the time pass quickly. I can't say enough good things about the puzzles. We just LOVE THEM!!!
