These wooden puzzles are so fun and affordable from this site. I was worried I wasn't going to receive my order in time for a gift exchange, so I emailed customer service. Anna replied immediately and let me know the order would be trackable soon, and sure enough, I was able to track and my received my order in time.

Fantastic customer service and of course beautiful puzzles.

My product came within 2 weeks, but one of the puzzle’s plastic cases was damaged. The company reached out with a replacement item immediately- I didn’t even need to ask! Very happy with their service.

I am so emotional and definitely must be honest. I believe in always sharing how our Heart feels. All 3 puzzles were Gifts that I bought for my Daughter, Son-In-Law, and Granddaughter. They loved them. The puzzles are made with great material and what I loved the most was when they shared with me that the End-Result are so real. I saw them and I will NEVER purchase a regular Puzzle after experiencing yours. Thank you so much for your Creativity with them too!

The reason I bought 3 puzzles from this company is because they are uniquely beautiful, artistic and I have never seen anything like it. Also, although they are first class artworks still they are well affordable. The company’s customer service is first class as well! I bought the puzzles for birthday gifts so I can’t include right now a picture of the finished puzzle but I can say it looks exactly as it was advertised. Very neatly packaged, couldn’t be more perfect for a beautiful gift. Next time I will get it for myself.

I received a very supportive response from Anna Brown when one of my puzzles was damaged in the mail.

I bought 3 wooden puzzles from Puzzlesup. The quality of the pieces were superior! The pieces were made of wood and were beautifully colored. The finished item of each puzzle was nicely shaped.... for example the owl puzzle ended up in the shape of an owl sitting on a branch and the sea turtle was circular. I had a question about one of the puzzles and Anna promptly responded with excellent customer service! I highly recommend these puzzles!

I was a bit disapointed when I saw the size of the boxes but OH WOW! A brilliant and challenging set of puzzles. They are brilliant, good quality and frustrating, which is why you buy Puzzles. An easy puzzle is no challange. Well these are. Wonderful!
