First the artwork is beautiful and very versatile. I love Mother Nature featured in such a fun way..building the wild life one piece at a time. I just received all my puzzles and getting ready to send one to my second mother Margaret Jimenez in Tracy California she is 97 years old and this will be a birthday present.

Absolutely thrilled with puzzles. Bought seven of them for adult nieces and nephews for Christmas to have a little competition. My money is on the niece! Great quality and highly recommend. Thank you for offering such a great idea.!

Anna responded to my question within half a day. We resolved the problem, and her help was great! Thank you!

Puzzles Up has great customer service! When my package didn’t arrive they offered suggestions on where it could have ended up and offered to replace the items with me only paying the shipping. Ultimately, my package showed up, but it was the fast response and genuine care that meant them most!

Totally positive customer service care. Anna provided clear information and assistance in such a joyous and friendly way. Ever grateful. Puzzles arrived as scheduled. No hitches, just nice relationship and good quality purchases.

Anna was extremely helpful and patient with me as I placed my order and requested additional items be added. Since my initial contact I have been sick, had surgery and not been home. A neighbor received my initial order and total me that the packaging was exceptional. The puzzles were exactly has described and in perfect condition. Delivery did take much longer than I imagined, but that’s because I am living in a country that expects instant gratification. I highly recommend working with Anna and purchasing these beautiful wooden puzzles.

Anna has been awesome about helping me track my order & when there was a notice that I wasn’t getting my package due to “insufficient postage”, she quickly was ready to resend another package out to me. But somehow my packs got to me & I didn’t need to pay additional shipping/postage. Excellent service! And of course the puzzles are beautiful.

Received order in timely manner. Beautiful puzzle.
