We bought the Colorful Turtle wooden jigsaw puzzle from PuzzlesUp and really enjoyed putting it together in November. The puzzle was very well made. We also loved the bright colors and sharp image. The imbedded special shapes were a bonus that made putting the puzzle together even more fun. The puzzle was challenging, but not too hard. We enjoyed the experience so much that we bought more wooden puzzles from PuzzlesUp for each of our family members plus several more for ourselves. The company also kept us well informed about the progress of our various shipments.

When I got notification the package had been delivered, I looked outside and there was no delivery (we've never had a package stolen iv 15 years). I contacted the help line and they traced it down to a USPS note that it had been delivered to the Package slot. With that we got the package. Timely response and great service. Thanks!

The puzzles arrived and will be such fun presents. Wooden puzzles are the BEST.They are truly beautiful and I am sure we will all love them. Thank you.

Puzzlesup has so many beautiful & challenging products.... and their customer service (thank you Anna) is beyond terrific!!

Products are beautiful. Sorry company is no longer going to be in business.

It is always nice when you can confidently hit the 'contact us' button and actually receive a response! The team helped me track my package and everything delivered as expected and the puzzles are great!

Extremely beautiful puzzles with lots of details. My first order had tons of great discounts, and shipping was fast. I originally gave 4 stars because my second order got delayed and lost in the mail, but the customer service team was very helpful and quick to refund or send a replacement, so I updated to 5 stars.

I was worried that my puzzles wouldn't get here before Christmas but they did and they're absolutely beautiful. I really appreciate their customer service for keeping me informed and calming my anxiety. Thank you, Anna, you are great.
