Reached out to the support@puzzlesup., and Anna was amazing. Super responsive, she was able to re-send my order, and I did receive it. It took a while, but I did receive it. Mind you this was over the holiday break so this could be the reason it took so long.

I just happened to find these puzzles right before Christmas and I ordered one and I love it! As soon as I finish it I will put a picture out here but fantastic puzzle and good quality!

I saw these puzzles online and just loved them ! I ordered lots of them and I am so excited to get them. I forgot to add my password for the discount before the card was charged and the company refunded me the amount of discount immediately with no problems. That to me is a very upstanding company and I appreciate them so much for doing that for me.

I bought these puzzles as a gift for my father and he absolutely love them! He’s an avid puzzler and it’s hard to find anything that challenges him. They came on time and in good condition a very well-made puzzle. It was a great experience!

I placed an order for 4 puzzles a couple months ago, wanting them for Christmas presents for my daughters. Unfortunately the package never arrived, having gotten lost in the US Postal system. I reached out to the company through their service department, and got a reply back in less than a day. After verifying that the original package was not recoverable, Anna (the lady I worked with) got another package sent to me as fast as possible. She was helpful and incredibly sweet, understanding why I wanted to get those puzzles for my daughters and doing everything in her power to help. The new package has now arrived, and I am happy to say that my daughters are delighted by the puzzles. Many pieces have special shapes, which has been fun to work with as we put them together. The biggest surprise was the each puzzle came with a small wall poster showing a picture of the assembled puzzle. These posters are high quality enough that my daughters have already put them on the walls in their bedroom. Thank you, Anna, for all your help. My son in law gave me 2 puzzles and I absolutely love them. The smaller a5 puzzles are perfect. As a senior who lives in a smaller space, they fit perfectly on a tv tray. The quality is great and the colors are brilliant. I would recommend this store to anyone.

I was upset that they didn't get here before Christmas, but they are here now and look great. Anna was nice to work with and did keep informed as to when I would get them.

I really love the puzzle up puzzles I have gotten. When we were putting one of our new puzzles together it was missing a piece. I messaged them about it and they are sending me a brand new one! I was very pleased and excited.
