I appreciated the responsiveness of puzzlesup when I thought there was a problem. I had gotten a notice that my items had been delivered but I couldn't find them. Turns out the post office hadn't delivered them in a timely fashion. Puzzleup responded immediately and within two days all turned out ok.

These puzzles are so creative, challenging and fun to do! I am giving some away for gifts!! The colors are bright and beautiful.

The puzzles are so unique and beautiful. They are also very challenging. The puzzles arrived when they said. The only negative is that we received a notice that they were delivered and hadn't been. We were able to track tour order and it was just delivered to the local delivery office. The package arrived the next day on a Saturday night.

Received within a reasonable amount of time; packaging was minimal, so I didn't have a lot of paper to toss. Brought for myself and granddaughters. I know they will enjoy them.

Thank you puzzles up! Beautiful Puzzles are worth the wait! Customer service is very cordial and understanding. The puzzles come from the East. Two different tracking systems take time. IT'S NOT AS SLOW AS THE SILK ROAD!
