Craft Hub was founded in 2019 by Isabelle and Pierre, parents of three kids in Montreal, Canada. Craft Hub is the answer of a very important question for parents: “How can we find creative and fun activities to recommend our kids to play”? Especially in a world where kids are so easily confronted with video games portals. Isabelle and Pierre thus came up with the idea to create a store that would provide games enhancing the creativity of their loved ones. While the store initially targeted kids, adults progressively became the main customers of the store as they do were looking to satisfy their quest for creativity. After all, creators have no age! Craft Hub is now present on three continents and is serving hundreds of creative seekers per day. We put our customers first and continuously create ways to please them with new products and new concepts.

I ordered 2 large puzzles but received 1 large and 1 small. After some time finding the correct contact to their customer service they were quick to respond and after sending pics of the packages they were very happy to offer a replacement for the wrong size puzzle. They seem to be busy and so it took a while for the replacement to come. I was a little worried but they assured me the replacement would be shipped and after a couple of weeks it did show up. All in all, my family loves these puzzles and we will be looking to buy again. If you have a problem, just contact their customer service, they are responsive, polite and considerate and that saved their reputation for us.

I wrote to them to tell them about a puzzle that I received that was missing a couple of pieces. I sent them a picture of the constructed puzzle and they are sending me a new one! I have purchased several of these and this was the first one that had anything missing. I so love these puzzles! They’re unique. Not at all like the puzzles we’re all used to. The graphics are beautiful. The pieces are different and challenging. I’m sure I’ll buy more!

I have received positive feedback on an issue related to one puzzle missing a piece that is being replaced. Concerns regarding issues related to other puzzles ordered were resolved expeditiously. I have learned to live with exaggerated delivery schedules as these are shipped from overseas. Price/value is worthy.

This is a beautiful product and the customer service is fantastic. When I received a notice that my puzzles had been delivered, I contacted cistomer service to let them know I hadn't received them yet. Anna explained that the notice goes out when it's at USPS and should be at my home in 1-2 days. It was and she was so quick and professional in her response. The only recommendation I would make is to buy the larger sizes of puzzle. They are exquisite in their detail and I believe they will be even better when I order the larger ones!

Hey Katherine! We're so glad everything arrived safely and that you had a great experience with our team! 😊 The larger puzzles are truly stunning, and we can't wait for you to try them—happy puzzling! 🧩✨
