Please rest assured that we take great care to ensure every item leaves our warehouse in excellent condition. Each board is carefully packed in a protective corrugated carton with foam padding, clear “Fragile” markings, and a built-in handle for easier carrying. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, damage can occur during the final delivery stage, which is beyond our control. We would truly appreciate the opportunity to make this right for you.
