I was a bit skeptical but after filling out the necessary info on the portal and requesting the needed medication, they did a great job keeping me informed along the way. When I went to the pharmacy I had requested, they accepted my insurance with no problem. I was super impressed with the entire transaction! I would definitely recommend Push Health. Now realize, they are a bit overwhelmed because of the job they are doing. 3 out of 4 of my family members have also used PH with great success.

My husband and I both utilized Push Health seamlessly. We were able to receive our medications without placing ourselves at risk. We will definitely use this convenient service in the future.

I received my prescription easily enough, but Walgreens wouldn't fill it. (I'll never use Walgreens ever again.) I called Honeybee Health to have it transferred and since they had a long wait time, I opted to have the call back. They explained how to request the transfer of my Rx. The service was great but I decided to take away 2 starts because of the ridiculous expenses. Push charged $64 for just prescribing the Ivermectin and Honeybee wants over $300 for 60 tablets. IMO, Push Health, Honeybee and everyone are taking advantage of the situation. I've decided not to go forward with the rx and take my chances as I have the last 20 months taking my Zinc, C, D3, Melatonin and Quercetin.

No one answers your emails including the doctor.I'm on a medicine you just can't stop taking.Total lack of care.Can't get into my regular doctor that is why I have to use this service.Put in a request six days ago, no response from the doctor.Sent several messages and emails and no answers.And there is no phone number to call.

I literally used this around 12 pm today at break at the office. i explained what was wrong or what i think is wrong with me, I paid the $65, a doctor reached out to me via the website with a few questions, followed by issuing me my ivermectin + a few other medications. The first pharmacy wouldnt sell to me so i transferred it to another pharmacy. by 6 pm i received my medication at local shop.

I had a very strange messaging interaction yesterday with one of Push Health providers, Dr. Cheryl Morgan. I had a lot of questions and was having a hard time understanding her responses, so it did drag on with me asking the same question different ways and still not getting anywhere. She seemed to get personally offended, lashed out at me, and told me to get off her platform! She was just so was so rude, and so unprofessional! There was no justification for this, I was just flabbergasted. I don’t think I have ever been chewed out like that by any medical professional in my life. I was attracted the platform because I wouldn’t have to go to the doctor’s office and it would be easy. I am so sorry I made that decision and I hope no one else has to deal with Push or her, either.

I had a pleasant experience with Push Health and particularly with Dr Ellis. He responded immediately and was able to prescribe the meds I needed. I thought Dr Ellis was very thorough and that he actually cared. Some advice though after reading a lot of the negative reviews. Know that if you have to transfer or rewrite a prescription there is an additional charge, $5 in my case. That’s not the doctors fault it’s just their policy. Had I checked with my pharmacist first I would have known the quantity requested could not be broken down to smaller increments and saved myself some delay. I contacted the doctor he changed the script and immediately sent back to my pharmacy. Some other notes, these doctors probably have a practice and their mornings are seeing their walk-in patients. In my experience the doctor was available in the afternoon and very responsive. Hope this helps someone trying out Push for the first time. This was my first experience as well and my hope is this info will be useful to you. I certainly will use Push again and requesting Dr Ellis
