You fill out the online info and are charged. Then if a preauthorization is needed, they want another $60 to do that. Walgreens wouldn’t even order the drug without preauthorization and has cancelled the Rx. I guess if I want it I have to pay the additional $60 and hope insurance approves the Rx. If they don’t i guess i wasted $124 for absolutely nothing because pharmacy won’t order without a preauthorization.

Used App on iphone. Filled in info and got an email in a couple hours. The charge was $67 I think. The request allowed me to put in zipcode for local pharmacy and I choose one....Walmart. Dr. very nice and responsive to emails. Walmart took four days to fill...said they are getting swamped with requests and had to get more supply. Paid $13 after insurance for 56 tablets (One dose for me is 7 tabs as it is per weight.) Directed to take twice a week while incidence is high. This past weekend, put in a request for prophylactic Ivermectin for hubby. It was a holiday weekend and we did not an email until this am, and then there was a charge as before to card. This time choose Walgreens locally. They wrote and said they are waiting on insurance approval (same one we had last week!) If we have to pay out of pocket, we will and use a GoodRX card that you can get online on the app. Hubby script is to take once a week. Not sure why the two are different.

This is a medical service offering online prescriptions. We have completed a request twice and both times, they cancel us after ignoring our request for a week. Complete waste of time...

Well I got to a doc right away and got a prescription for ivermectin .. but I cannot find a pharmacy willing to fill it .. one from fla. Wont send to iowa ... anyone know a pharmacy that will fill it and can ship to iowa? If not I'm just out my money with the doctor ..

The first time I used Push Health, it worked great. The doctor was responsive and efficient sending my prescription to my pharmacy. Over 20 days ago. I began the process again and was charged over $100 and told my prescription was sent to the pharmacy. For 2 weeks the pharmacy has been trying to verify the prescription with Dr. Haider with no return phone calls or emails. I spent a lot of money and time and basically just scammed for lack of a better word. I would not recommend. I don’t usually take time to review but I’m going to review on every available site I can because their behavior at Push Health was just as egregious as the doctors as they have given me no assistance. I am glad this wasn’t life or death.

I was matched with a doctor quickly and my first interaction was timely and satisfactory. But once complications arose for the need a prior authorization she went radio silent. No communication. Several excuses. Going on 1 month with it not being resolved and no communication. Disappointed. Moving on.

This is a scam. I was approved for a prescription and chose one of the pharmacies listed. they took my money and sent a message saying the prescription was ready. Went to the Pharmacy and I was told the RX # was nothing legit. I tried contacting the Dr. She told me not to call her its up to Push Health. I have gotten no response when I left emails and phone messages with Push Health. SCAM

WOW! I just can't believe how smooth this process was! I almost don't want to review because they might get overwhelmed and I won't be able to get in touch again. LOL Dr. Lee was so awesome! He is very professional. He called me to make sure everything was going well. I would recommend them anytime!
