Tried requesting a prescription twice and can't even get a response. They end up canceling my request, but atleast so far I'm not out any money.

This website is a rip off. 1st of all, perhaps if you do not have insurance and are unable to go directly to a medical facility, it may be worth the ordeal; otherwise don't use them. They are slow so if getting something quickly is critical - don't use Push Health. Then once the RX was sent to a pharmacy it took 3 days to hear from them and the cost was WAY inflated and super overpriced. The RX won't be shipped for another 2 days so basically I won't get the medication until almost 2 weeks after I requested the med. Also - if you do have insurance, forget having them bill your insurance - you pay cash price. Not worth it AT ALL. I spent $120 for this process that would have cost me $40 had I used my insurance. Lesson learned.

The first two times I used them was easy and seamless. This third time around not so much. I had to msg my NP multiple times before I recieved a response 3 days later, to which she had a reasonable excuse, however I later found out that the pharmacy I chose to fill my prescription was 4-5 weeks behind on fulfilling prescriptions. So naturally I reached out to Leslie to reroute my prescription to a different pharmacy...and never heard from her again. I messaged her 5 different times attempting to get a response as that was the only advice customer service could give me. Nevermind that I explained how I couldn't get ahold of her or the fact that they collected my information as well as desired pharmacy, and should have been able to handle it on their end right?? I then received two automated emails telling me to message my original provider to reroute my prescription. Ummm....excuse me I have and to no avail. Then I kept asking to be paired with a DIFFERENT NP...to which they completely ignored...and were of zero help. Because I couldn't get ahold of Leslie for aid. I figured maybe the CVS that I used for prior prescriptions would have a better chance....annnnnd NOPE!! They're still waiting to hear back, and the pharmacy that DOES have my script has an automated system that cycles through a neverending circle and is helpful to no one. Today was day 7 of no response from my NP and I finally requested a refund of the initial $64.99. Patients shouldn't have to chase down help to get prescriptions filled...and it's alarming to think that they have any access to medicines that folks need but then we can't get through to them or even get an appropriate response to get our needs met. Even if Leslie was super backed up. It would have been nice to get a response period letting me know to give her x amount of days, but instead I get ghosted, and from the looks of it, I'm not the only one this has happened to. Never using again!!

This is a scam, will take your money and will get terrible service and will not get your perscription, they used to deliver with good service, waste of your money

Dr. Mary Ellen McIntire was the doctor that they had matched me up with. The first two times I used her went well. Then not so good on the 3 visit. Claimed she sent in a prescription which it says it was, however the pharmacy never received the prescription. I paid $65 for the visit and prescription to be filled and that didn’t happen. Unfortunately expensive lesson to learn. I will not be using this service again. Tried to get a refund since the prescription wasn’t filled and there is no one to talk too. Very poor customer service. That what I am mostly upset about.

I waited a week and still nothing from the matched nurse practitioner "Rosabelle M Chism, NP" (despite me unchecking all but MD, I still was matched with a nurse practitioner). I sent her a message, and this was the response: "It shows that it expired on my end. Did you follow the instructions received in the email? Would you like me to send it to a different pharmacy that will deliver?" There was never any "instructions received in the email". Such a lie. I then contacted Push Health, and there response: "We are sorry to hear of these circumstances. Unfortunately due to the flood of Ivermectin requests a provider was not available to get to your request in time. Please feel free to resubmit your prescription request" My prescription had nothing to do with "Ivermectin". This website is a scam - try somewhere else.

Do NOT sign up for this scam. Unfortunately I checked every box for a provider (NP, PA, or MD). I got an NP (Shalonda Myles) who sent in my prescription to my local pharmacy. They would not fill it based on "CDC guidelines". Shalonda responded "I sent in the script, they said they would not fill it" (duh!). A few short messages later, she just didn't respond...AT ALL. The next nightmare was trying to get service out of PushHealth. FORGET calling by phone, all robo call service. I emailed them 3x and they essentially said "sit tight, we are very busy blah, blah, blah". I finally sent an email threatening to sue them. They sent back a response saying "We have removed the unresponsive provider from your profile. We have also cancelled the request attached to the provider and released the authorized funds back to your account. This should post within the next few business days. You are now able to enter a new request and be matched with the first available provider." Yeah, sure....that will be the day I do business with you again!!

To whom it may concern: I find this highly unacceptable that Dr. S Nwakanma for no apparent reason is demanding an additional $84. To fill Cynthia's request for a prescription for Ivermectin. This should not be considered a second request for a prescription as this doctor is stating in her message. I created an account in Push Health and paid the required fee of $64 each for me and my wife. I entered a request for Ivermectin for me and my wife My prescription for ivermectin was filled this morning by Dr. C. Morgan. If push health cannot fitful their agreement to fill my prescription for Ivermectin they refund me the $64 I paid for my wife prescription. OR send my request to Dr.C. Morgan. I received a Push Health notification for my wife's prescription this is the message I received from Dr S Nwakanma. "Read the following consent, respond and send a new request if you accept to terms outlined. The new request will be $84 which is the fee to prescribe ivermectin. I will be authoring for 8 weeks based on your weight. In order for me to authorize your medication TODAY, 1. Read the consent and respond with a message with your full name and today’s date with this statement: “I confirm that I have read and understand the information, representations, covenants, releases, and waivers stated above, and voluntarily give my permission to be bound by this Waiver”. 2. Then send a new Rx request from your dashboard, click on "request prescription". Note, I will authorize for 8 weeks ONLY based on your weight! 3. when you send a new Rx, pls choose a pharmacy you know will fill your Rx for SCABIES as most pharmacies are no longer filling this. if you choose a pharmacy and they refuse to fill, i will not be able to assist you. It is your responsibility to find a new one and have the new pharmacy do a “pharmacy to pharmacy transfer” of your Rx. Pls do not reach out to me about this. 4. I will need the form Completed, signed and returned back before you send a REFILL request. I will take every opportunity to expose just how ugly some doctors are and how they take advantage of people in need during a pandemic. This doctor is the most horrible person I've ever come across.
