If I could give zero stars and still leave a review I would have
We were on vacation so I decided to try it and was matched with a provider instantly. Over 24 hours later, I still hadn’t heard from her so I messaged her. She finally responded back, to which I immediately replied. Took her another couple hours to respond. Finally at around 3:00pm she stated she would call in the prescription for my daughter, but she never called it in. I had planned to just find a walk-in clinic somewhere and take her, but since she responded to me around noon and by 3:00 had stated she would call in the script, I didn’t do that. I should not have trusted an online health service, but now I definitely know better!! Will never do it again and will tell everyone I know to stay far away from this scam!!

If I could give 0 starts I would I paid…
If I could give 0 starts I would I paid 69$ for a prescription and never received it I kept asking for it and nobody would locate it for me and kept assisting they can have it sent to a same day pharmacy near me when I wanted it delivered to my house and after a week has gone by still didn’t receive it and they refused me a refund not to mention the prescriber left the chat and stopped talking to me because I said he was unprofessional and I’m leaving a bad review .

Definitely recommend Push Health
I am actually shocked at all of the negative reviews here because I had an AMAZING experience getting my prescription through Push health using the online pharmacy delivery option. The only drawback was that I could not use my insurance, however, it is totally worth the price. Expect about 2 weeks for delivery if you're requesting something that is in high demand.
I also tried to get the script through a local pharmazy as well as Amazon pharmacy but both would not fill the script because the med was "out of stock". Use Honey Bee and be patient while they process and deliver your order.

Bad business
Really, no stars. I have used them before in the past and have also in the past been given prescriptions that I did not request. After going back-and-forth with Dr. Sherrill Morgan it was clear that it was more about the $75 fee than anything. After explaining to her that she sent the wrong prescription she said she would adjust it. After a day I contacted her again and she explained that I would have to pay another fee to get another prescription. After trying to explain with her this morning she told me that she really didn’t have time to go back-and-forth with me and then I would need to pay another fee. This place is a total rip off

A total rip off.
I paid my $69. My prescription was called in wrong. I didn’t realize it was wrong until I got home and had paid $145 for the prescription. When I texted my nurse, she called in a new one and cancelled the old one. But it was too late. To add salt to the sore I had to pay $39 to PUSH to get the correct prescription. What a rip off. They also don’t give any refills so you have to keep paying.

My husband & I used Push Health and we…
My husband & I used Push Health and we are EXTREMELY pleased with them. They linked us up to a NP near us and within a few hours we both had our Ivermectin sent to a pharmacy. We are VERY pleased with the entire process and will DEFINITELY use them again!!!!

Push Health is is not transparent and only exploits its customers.
The company only provided me with a prescription valid only for the purchase of an order for 30 days. I was never informed by the company of this detail. I read that in Georgia the prescriptions are valid for 6 months, being possible to buy the medication for that period. When I needed to buy the medication again because it was in continuous use, I would have to pay again, this in a period of less than 6 months. I was tricked and cheated. I'm going to go to a Georgia consumer protection agency to file a complaint about the company. I will share in all possible social media my dissatisfaction with the company. I will never use it again.

Too Legit 2 Quit! Yes that was corny, and Yes I will use this platform again.
Push Health matched me with LaToya Westbrook, NP within 8 minutes of my initial inquiry, and I'm so very glad they did. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and ethical, and she was able to review my medical history and current Rx needs and sent my Rx to my pharmacy in under and hour. Within about 3 hours, my Rx was filled. My current primary care physician didn't have appointments available in time to accommodate my request, so LaToya Westbrook as an interim provider was exactly what I needed, and I will continue to seek consultation and Rx assistance via Push Health and LaToya Westbrook in the future.
This service isn't meant to replace regular medical care. It is a useful concierge telehealth platform that connects you with providers to assist you with minor medical issues or prescription refills until you're able to been seen by your regular physician. It's also an affordable service for uninsured patients, as most of my appointments, without insurance, are $80. I paid $65 and was able to interact with a provider conveniently at home to receive the same care and Rx I would have had I'd been to a 2 hour long appointment in person. That said, this service and the connection to a qualified provider is legitimate, but you will need to be ready to fully explain your medical history, prescription history, current needs and concerns, and have a clear idea of what medication(s) you may want. When you request your medication, the provider is bound by law to provide ethical, legal healthcare services. So, be sure what you're requesting is 1. able to be prescribed legally and/or 2. not a controlled substance. Also, if you have insurance, contact them prior to utilizing the service to see if your visit is covered...medication as well. If you're concerned that you may not receive a refund should you not get the medication you request, use PayPal to pay for service for added security. However, one of my Rx was unable to be filled, and LaToya Westbrook not only politely explained why, but she also refunded me immediately. So, my experience instilled trust in my provider and Push Health. Also, prior to requesting a Rx, if you're concerned about cost, search GoodRx to find the cost of the name brand or generic version of the medication if available, OR request the generic version from your matched provider. Everything I've mentioned so far should simplify the process. Should you experience an unpleasant provider, document your interaction, and hopefully Push Health can match you with another provider to accommodate your needs. But I'm very pleased with Push Health and my provider, LaToya Westbrook, NP. Thanks!
