Really surprised by all the negative feedback I have used them numerous times with no issues I assume there are just some expectations not being met for the cause of all this confusion. 1. Let's start with everyone not picking the right pharmacy and thus all these "reroute" issues I only use 24hr or chain pharmacies with PH and make sure you have used that pharmacy before and your insurance is on file with them. Any "controversial" scripts need to go to your locally owned pharmacy to be filled. 2. Everyone keeps saying PH is a scam yet they are attempting to scam PH over refills. PH is mainly for acute conditions even if they advertise otherwise. You will not get 90-day automatic refills for free this is just enough to buy you time to see your doc and get the extended fills. 3. You kinda gotta know what you want maybe this can be considered good and bad. You request the script and they write it there is no long dragged out consultation or exam if you have no idea what is going on with your body it's best to see a real doctor for the right diagnosis and treatment. 4. Costs, as much as I like PH some online competitors charge as low as 25 for the consult fee so if you really have no insurance and need refills every 30 days maybe you can go with them. I do consider the 74 ish dollars kind of on the high side but I usually get a response and have my script in hand in less than an hour no matter what time it is. They assigned me Frank Lee and I am happy with his services.

I have been using Push for one year. I love it. Carolyn Eaves provides me with great care and she is super quick to respond to any messages or requests. I am so thankful to be able to get great care 24/7 without leaving my house. I have never had any complaints about this service.

Surprisingly, pretty easy. Got the prescription within 15 minutes and called my pharmacy, and they confirmed receipt with pick-up for later today. Saved me time and money for getting the exact same thing but not charged $200 for a doctor visit three weeks from now.

I was ripped off for 64.99+ 45.99, as I never recieved the prescription I had ordered for my husband. I could never get ahold of them in any way....through email or phone calls. RIP OFF!!

Terrible experience!

2 days ago I used Push Health for the first time, to get my husband's high blood pressure medication refilled. He had lost his job and subsequently his health coverage as well. It had been months since my husband had been seen in the doctor's office, and they were requiring him to make an appointment with a minimum $200 payment with no insurance. So I tried Push Health. Within an hour of my request, a doctor responded that they not only refilled it but also gave authorization for 3 more refills to last a year. It only cost $65 to get this done, and my chosen pharmacy called to notify it was ready for pickup within 4 hours of my initial request. So I give it 5 stars, it was timely and painless and I have zero complaints. I will use them if I am ever in this situation again.

If I could rate less than 1 star I absolutely would. I contacted Push Health through my online account on Wednesday March 2 and ordered a prescription for Ivermectin. They responded by sending me a written prescription for the Ivermectin but also included three other prescriptions that I DID NOT ORDER OR REQUEST. I messaged them back requesting they remove everything but the Ivermectin. My request was completely ignored. Over a period of a day and 1/2 I messaged them over and over again and each time it was ignored. I tried calling was put on hold for quite awhile and then was forced to leave a message with a call back number. Never received a call back. Left another on line message and they responded with the same order for all four prescriptions. My wife called the pharmacy to see what Dr. Lee had sent over and they told her they had not received anything from Dr. Lee for me. I Sent another on line message pleading with them to send my prescription for Ivermectin ONLY immediately as we were now 4 days later. I finally received a message telling me to fill out the paperwork for the prescription I needed with the pharmacy and they would match it with the prescription sent by the Dr. I told them I had already filled out the pharmacy information, they had received it and were waiting for the prescription from Dr. Lee. IT HAD NOT BEEN SENT! They even tried reaching out to him by phone but were unsuccessful. Despite my telling Lee's office what had transpired they continued to request I fill out information for the pharmacy when in fact, the only thing holding up my order was the fact that Dr. Lee's office had not sent over the prescription from their office. FINALLY, on Saturday they sent me a message telling me they would send the prescription to the pharmacy on Monday 3/7, IT TOOK THEM 5 DAYS TO GET THE PRESCRIPTION SENT TO THE PHARMACY!!!! Ivermectin is supposed to be taken at the onset of the virus so please tell me why it took you so long to send it to the pharmacy. I find my experience with Push Health and Dr. Lee's office to have been completely aggravating and unprofessional. I will not use them again nor will I recommend them to anyone I care about. Not even sure they are real as their responses to my questions (that is when they bothered to give a response) appeared to be computer generated because they never answered my direct questions. They should be ashamed!!
