I am very happy with my new bags. The entire process of delivery to Denmark and Poland took appx. 2 weeks which is very fast considering the busy Christmas period. Debbie from customer team showed a lot of support and understanding. I am very satisfied with their customer service. I can only recommend Pursh Collection to anyone in doubt for their great quality bags, customer service and loyalty program.

I bought a couple of bags two different times from Pursh and love them! The first time was right in the middle of the pandemic when it started and delivery took a bit longer but the second time was much faster. The team was really helpful and re-sent the first one free of charge because of the delay.
