Its been over a month a ordered my bag and yet still not arrived. I contacted them multiple times and no one reply to me . Probably the 1st and last time I will buy from you.

Don't buy from here
I bought the bag. The strap is way too small, but in order to send it back they want photos! I sent the photos through email. No response. The return window is slowly closing in, and then I won't be able to return it anymore. Thank god it was not that expensive otherwise I would have been pissed. These bags are cheap, and the smell is horrible. I have had bags from other places where the bags are cheap, but they do not smell to this extent. INVEST IN A GOOD BAG. In the shipping email or whatever they mention their hours and that you can email them anytime. Will they respond? Who knows? They are not responding to me and I have sent a follow up email as well.
