PurseReviews of purse.io

Purse.io is a really good idea and offers a really attractive service, but you need to be aware that there is no guarantee of a smooth process - no plug and play here. My only experience is as a buyer using the service to purchase on Amazon. It was a nightmare. I would never recommend and I won't be trying again. The "earner" who was fulfilling the order harassed me when the delivery was late, was plain rude from the first interaction. A real shame because it is a great idea.

Amazon is the biggest online marketplace, this service allows you to easily spend Bitcoin Cash on Amazon. Even better than that you get a huge discount!

Original review: Full of scammers and terrible customer service. They just do not respond. I'd upload screenshot of all my unanswered tickets if I could. I was scammed for £200 and customer service ignored all my queries. They just don't respond. The worse thing a company can do is ignore their customers. In fact, ignoring anyone is just simply rude! Update: Issue resolved in the end and the service has been amazing!

I've been using Purse for 4 years now. The experience definitely leaves a lot to be desired, and support staff take forever to address issues. However, the savings are well worth the hassle. I wish there was a competitor out there to be able to compare, but as long as they have a monopoly, they'll get my business.

Warning shoppers! Fraudulent Purse orders don't have valid warranty! Warning to all shoppers who use Purse! You do not have a valid warranty for the Purse orders made using fraudulent means! which account for more that 80% of orders on Purse! (from 99 orders i made on purse 80 were made using fraudulent means - confirmed by Amazon) If you buy electronics or some expensive stuff and you don't want to throw away money, don't buy it using Purse. For a 15-20% discount you lose all value if you need warranty. I leaned it the hard way. A few weeks ago i needed warranty for some items i bought on Purse. I contacted Amazon because i did not have the invoice the manufacturer asked when i tried to RMA the product, and they told me the orders were placed using fraudulent means and i could not have a invoice or any right regarding warranty. I contacted Purse who helped me with a refund for 2 orders made by users who still had an account on Purse, but for the rest of the orders worth about 2500$ they won't help. Their 10000$ Purse warranty does not exist. At the time is seemed a good idea to have a 10-20% discount on Amazon, but now after all this i won't use Purse ever again. Please don't order nothing on Purse that needs warranty or you throw your money away!

i try to order in their website seem looks complicated

Mostly good. Been using purse.io to spend bitcoin on Amazon items over the past year and with a few exceptions everything has gone very well. Any orders where the earner canceled was caught by the purse team and order put back in queue. I have spent thousands of $$ of bitcoin on amazon prime items at purse.io and received everything in acceptable time and manor. Would like to see Litecoin and ETH supported, but that's just a suggestion not a complaint. Will use again

Bought item on Purse Didn't arrived, I bought an item from a seller on purse and item didn't came to after support came to help with dispute I was lucky to get my refund. The website looks not that Advance. If it looked more professional it would be a good experience for shoppers.
