It seems like the previous 1 star reviews were correct. Purse.io is no longer a functioning website and they will intentionally disable your account once you try to withdraw your Bitcoin. I only lost $90 so not a big deal, I'm lucky I didn't get scammed for more. Update: They said it was a bot that disabled my account on accident, I guess they are okay now.

Great online shopping with a great bargain, but the customer service falls short when it comes to fulfilling my request. The order went through without a hitch, and everything arrived in perfect condition. Would order again, please manage your customer support on this.

Hey Samkelo - glad we could provide you a great bargain, disappointing to hear about customer service though. We are trying to improve in that area and appreciate the feedback. Regards, Gary

Very useful service. We really need more crypto retail services available in the world.

Purse is a great place to spend bitcoins an Amazon. Products take longer to arrive than Amazon Prime but it does provide a lower price and being able to easier spend bitcoins. Would I use them again? Yes - so far I have purchased three items without any problems or issues.

Great and convenient for shoppers. However for "sellers" the ladder you need to climb to be able to fulfill orders with good rates is very steep and discouraging.

Buyer experience. I did order 1 item on purse.io. Long story short: 1. Ordered for the first time - package was lost by Amazon after shipping. I did report it to purse.io and got my BTC back within couple of hours. 2. Ordered for the second time - again, package was lost by Amazon after shipping. I did report it to purse.io and got my BTC back within couple of hours. 3. Ordered for the first time - package was delivered within expected time. All in all I am happy that purse.io enables spending BTC on Amazon and that support is quite quick to react. It is mostly why I give it 4*.

I've been using Purse for 4 years now. The experience definitely leaves a lot to be desired, and support staff take forever to address issues. However, the savings are well worth the hassle. I wish there was a competitor out there to be able to compare, but as long as they have a monopoly, they'll get my business.
