I appreciate the courtesy e-mail sent…
I appreciate the courtesy e-mail sent regarding the ornament I ordered being currently out of stock. With that notification I was given the choice to cancel the order or wait for it to be back in stocks. We just received the ornament today and are very happy with it.

Great customer service!!
Sadly I did not receive the item I hard ordered, otherwise this could have been a 5 star. However I give 4 stars for customer service. I placed the order and I received email confirmation of the order and the process of the shipment. For some reason the post office had misplaced the order and I never got the item. When I inquired on the status, I was immediately refunded the entire amount and issued a sincere apology. I would not hesitate to order again, just hope the post office gets it figured out.
