Thanks for the feedback and the business. We are sorry you did not like what you received. You are more than welcome to return it for a refund if you would like. We only have one color door mat. They are made of natural coir material that naturally starts out a very light color, but turns darker over time. So even if we sent one fresh from our manufacturer it would naturally age to that same color. Again, if you are not satisfied please return it in resaleable condition for a refund.

Thanks for the feedback. If you are not happy you are welcome to return them. They are in fact official GinerSnaps. We would be glad to pull invoices if you would like. As explained the ones you purchased are several years old and were purchased before we closed our brick and mortar traditional retail location almost 3 years ago. We have not purchases any new snaps since then. That is why they were on clearance. Again we stand by our products and if you are not satisfied please contact us at [email protected] to arrange a return. Thanks again for the business and taking time to leave feed back.
