I think you have use mixed up with someone. We canot find an order from you amd definitely have not sent a message. We are sorry your order was cancelled. It was communicated that the shipment that was supposed to have the autoglams you ordered was delayed due to the recent storms in the area. Then when it arrived it did not have the items you ordered. Our inventory is updated across all markets in a about 15 minute increments. While we do have buffers built in sometime during high sales volumes people can order items that are not in stock. That is what happened in your case. Then the shipment did not arrive as planned. While we are definitely sorry for having to cancel it was unavoidable.

We are sorry your items arrived damaged. We stand by our products and will gladely replace ir refund the item. Just log into your account find the order amd start the return request. These items are rarely broken considering we wrap them in layers of bubble mailer but it does some times happens. Please let us know if you need assistance.

Thanks so much for the order and taking time to leave feedback. Both are very important to us. We are sorry for the inconvenience. While we strive to provide the highest levels of customer support sometimes those efforts fall short. Unfortunately, especially when you are ordering clearance or discontinued items around the holiday season they sometimes sell quicker than the inventory can be updated on the website and other market places. That is what happened in your case. We offered one of the other cat designs we had or a full refund. We reached out a number of times and could not get a response so we ended up canceling the order. Again we are sorry for the trouble, but hopefully you can understand the circumstances. Have a blessed holiday season.

We were not made aware of the issue until after the review was written. There was an error in printing the shirt where one word was left off. Once notified we immediately contacted the customer and issued a full refund. Sorry for the trouble.
