Great product (air Filter), from very helpful phone sales person, just a little expensive. Sales person talked me thru ratings etc that would work well with my heating/cooling system.

Delivered on time as stated in their E-mails. Great buy.

I recently purchased a box of 12 1x16x20 Filters for my HVAC unit. The package arrived in excellent condition in a timely manner. My only reservations are that there did not seem to be a way to track the order through the process and, after a couple of days, I received a separate invoice that indicated that I should submit payment if I hadn't already (I had). I appreciated the full invoice, but was slightly confused by the request for payment. Other than those minor issues, I was very happy with the experience and will re-order from PurolatorAirFilters the next time I need replacements.

Wish it would have shipped earlier.

Placing the order for the Purolator Air Filters was a exercise that was made easy by a professional staff that provided me with all the assistance I needed to order the correct filters for my system.

easy ordering this product. No problem with product, but very slow processing and delivering . Took over 2 weeks to deliver. We just bought house and filter was very very dirty and needed changed. No one here had the size we needed so I ordered from company. Was m ot given a delivery time until we got the confirmation email. Then was told what day would be shipped, which was almost 2 weeks away. Will still order from company, but will order sooner next time.

I gave a rating of 4 stars instead of 5 because of the extended time I had to wait for delivery. Perhaps customers should be informed when ordering that delivery is two or more weeks out.
