The filter slot in my furnace is too small for most filters. I ordered a special size filter that I thought I needed. You could have accepted this order and made twice the money but you were honest and explained that all I needed was a standard size that fits perfectly. You saved me money and sent me a product that was exactly what I needed. I ended up paying half of what I thought I would have to pay. You guys are awesome and I will refer your name to anyone I know that needs a good quality filter. Your honesty is what is really appreciated. Not many company's are like this anymore.
