The ease of ordering the specialized air filters for our home was/is excellent. The notification of the date shipped, carrier used and ETD, made it as easy to plan for receiving the filters. I have no reservation in giving Purolator Air Filters a five star rating.

I needed new air filters for my central AC. I ordered them, they were reasonably priced. The shipment arrived when they said it would and the process was painless. I will continue order my AC filters from Purolator.

In my HVAC system, in my finished basement, I found a Purolator air filter. It fit perfectly. When I went to the big box store their filters were 1/4" over what I needed, size wise. Went on line, emailed my question on exact measurements, got an answer, ding donged around and they called me to ensure I got all the info I needed and I finally ordered a case. More than adequate filter for my finished basement HVAC. Will go back and check out filters for HVAC for main floor of home and order again.

I was a little freaked out to learn I had moved into a home with an odd-sized filter. Not to worry! After a quick search on the Web.....I picked PurolaterAirFilters.com and was sooooooo happy I did! The list of choices was impressive....the ease of ordering was phenomenal! AND...my filters arrived promptly and perfectly! You could not have a happier customer. My heartfelt thanks for taking what I thought was a worry.....into something I shall never worry about again. I will purchase my filters from YOU! :-)
