My only complaint is that 3 of the 6 filters sustained minor damage in shipment. That's the cardboard casing around the filter was slightly wrinkled in a couple of spots. The filter itself didn't appear to suffer any damage.

The only negative thing I have to say is that it took a little to long to receive my filters...other than that everything else was great

I appreciate the prompt service and shipment of my filters. The problem I was having in finding the correct size for my furnace continues. The filters I received are slightly smaller than the 20x25 measurements, however, not quite small enough. I was able to cram one into the system but the cover doesn't seal tightly and I get a strong hissing noise. I haven't been able to obtain the correct size (these are only a half an inch or so too big) locally so my quest continues. I'm not sure where to go next.

I had expected the delivery to be a little quicker and the so called 1" thick filter is a misnomer. It is barely 3/4" at the frame and 1/4" thick in the media area. We will see how it works.
