I ordered from Purolator because my newly installed 10 x 10 vents contained Purolator filters which fit snugly. I also ordered 20 x 20 filters with the impression that Purolator makes properly-sized filters which fills the entire opening of the vents. To my disappointment, the Purolator 20 x 20 filters are only 19.5 x 19.5. Why do you make a filter which permits all of the dirt to pass around the sides? 20 x 20 filters sold at Home Depot are 19.75 x 19.75. Even these larger filters do fit snugly, but they do not have a gap. So, why are Purolator 20 x 20 filters made so small?

Way too long after ordering before receipt of order.

I had to pay for shipping and then it took over a week to ship. Totally unacceptable.. I'll use another provider and likely another product next time.

This company has good prices on filters but if you want them be prepared to spend at least a month waiting to receive them. Will look for another company to purchase filters from that will ship in a timely manner.

Ordered on line April 1, received E mail shipping date April 12 , called them on April 19 looking for order was told shipping out that day received on April 22 way to long of a wait. These filters needed for health reasons.

Contact me in 30 days and I will be in a better position to rate.

Delivery took much longer than expected BUT product was exactly what I needed and arrived in excellent condition.
