I ordered my filters 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting to receive them. I just got a e-mail mail 3 days ago that they finally shipped them. No only are the filters expensive the shipping is ridiculous I will never buy filters from them again.

We received the wrong filters. They weren't what we ordered. I will call Mon morning to get things worked out.

Right size labeled on filter but not same size compared to filters needed. Quality control problem. Called to request solution but transfered to voicemail. Still no response after 24hr. Let's hope for Tuesday a resolution since I spent $125 on these filters
