It took a little longer than expected to receive my order but however when I contacted customer service via phone they were very kind and hospitable. You actually speak with a live person! I am very happy to continue business with them.

I had a very hard time finding the filters I wanted on the air specialties website. The order too a long time to arrive. I did get the filters and they were as exoected.

Filter are good. Delivered to wrong address

I love your service but when I ordered my case of filters somehow I never saw anything that said my order would not ship for several weeks and due to my mistake I needed my filters asap. I contacted you all after several weeks an was told it would be several weeks more and then ordered one at my local big box store to tide me over. If I would have been made aware sooner it would have helped and I would have still ordered my case of filters.

I have used before. Will not need one of this new order for a couple months. Checked for size, looked right

Purolator are to be admonished for raising their minimum order. But the company that I dealt with to resolve the problem did an excellent job filling the order. The delivery co. UPS is the worst. Left the box of filters by the mailbox which is 1/10 of a mile from the house In a very rural area during a period of possible heavy rain. Not the first time for UPS.

Even though I did not received the desired filters when I initialed ordered my filters. The followup communications was excellent. The problem was communicated and an alternative was provided for me to follow through or cancel. I responded, went with the alternative - they just arrived and now installed. Thank You.
