Excellent customer service. Emailed by representative (Chris P.) when the originally ordered furnace filters were no longer available. I called Chris, and the issue was resolved with a replacement product. The filters arrived in the time frame Chris said they would be, and are as expected.

Due to circumstances beyond their control, my original order could not be filled. They contacted me directly with an explanation and an alternative. Perfect. Product delivered on time, as promised.

I placed an order for filters for our new furnace. After placing the order, we were told the filters required a minimum quantity, per the manufacture. So what happened? Rachel went out of her way to replace our order with the quantity we requested (12), and a better filter at no additional fee. Now that is customer service! Will we be back? You betcha!

Thanks for your help finding a substitute when Purolator decided to make their product unattainable.

Had ordered a dozen filters of a different brand but were unavailable. They wrote and asked if they could substitute a different brand with the same quality and performance. I said yes and they arrived yesterday. They look good to me.

Very happy with the company that I ordered filters from, but not happy with Purolator that are not willing to sell individual cases of filters.

I was pleased with the communication. Would definitely buy from them again.
