I was looking for a size I could not buy locally wanted a brand that I had to order more than I wanted but the person I delt with knew what she was talking about recommended a different brand and just received the order very happy with dealing with you thanks for the good service.

We learned our order could not be filled by the original vendor because of a new dollar minimum. Purolator was wonderful about letting us know the problem and then offering options that included a full refund or the same item from a Different vendor. As a result we had great communication and received our filters ahead of original expected arrival date. Hats off!!
