I am very pleased with the service I got. Your company went above and beyond to contact me to make sure I got the products I wanted and needed. However, the shipping boxes were pretty beat up when the order got here. A few of the filter frames were damaged. I think I will be able to bend them our to make them usable. Thanks for helping me get my filters.

I originally ordered the same one that came with my new ac. I received an email saying that they do not sell them by a case. Only larger quantities. They did off to send me another manufacturer at equal quality. I have not used them yet but they look like the same ones I have. They also saved me some $$.
