I had fed my cats Purina and this time I opened a bag, all of my cats got extremely sick and throwing up all over my home. I was up all night cleaning my home and I went online and found that this was not just happening to me. I immediately stopped feeding them the food and when I called Purina, they denied, denied, denied it was their food. They are not taking pet parents seriously and I am lucky as mine only got sick but do your research, animals are dying on this food and they are calling us liars. Do not wait until it happens to you. Change food until they figure out what is going on. I will not ever use them again since they do not seem to care about my animals. Money is their love, not animals!

Tot voor kort kon je een zak van 9,75 kg purina kattenbrokken kopen. Inmiddels wordt er geadverteerd met de slogan. 8kg plus 1,75 kg gratis. Dezelfde zakken maar kennelijk willen ze de inhoud gaan verkleinen voor dezelfde prijs. Deze marketingtruc is erg misleidend.

Sono quasi tre anni che ho un cane e per problemi di intolleranza, il vet mi ha fatto cambiare diverse volte le crocchette, ma per ogni prodotto che ho cambiato, ho avuto modo di interfacciarmi con il servizio consumatori ed anche con i nutrizionisti delle aziende produttrici; con Purina, niente di tutto questo, ogni domanda più specifica, in merito al prodotto, agli effetti, alla tollerabilità ecc., ti rimandano dal veterinario. A questo punto, mi domando, a cosa serve il servizio consumatori? Inoltre, acquistare direttamente da loro, invece che essere conveniente è esattamente l'opposto. Spero che sia il primo ed ultimo sacco di crocchette che compro, mi rivolgerò al mio veterinario e sarò contento se mi dicesse di cambiarle.

Si vous voulez rendre malade votre chat, il n’y a pas pire, bourrés de céréales blé, mais etc... Le chat n’est pas une poule !!! Provoque des cailloux sanguins, problèmes de reins, l’horreur pour votre chat qui va les adorer car bourrer de glucides et d’additif pour rendre votre chat addict comme à une cigarette mais quel honte!!! Acquistare direttamente il prodotto dall'azienda purina invece di risparmiare, il prezzo è maggiorato ... meglio acquistare da amazon, dove si risparmia ed il servizio è sicuro. Volevo acquistare dal produttore, ma non conviene, quindi non consiglio acquistare direttamente qui.

In October purina changed the fancy feast recipe, so now all the fancy feast cans do not have gravy and the “meat” is a square inch pieces and cats do not eat it. I wrote multiple times to Purina, and they ensured me they will send me coupons to replace the bad food but they never did. I wasted hundreds of dollars in food that my cats not longer eat, not even stray cats eat it. Not only this company, is dishonest but also doesn’t take any responsibility on their bad food. So if you have cats that love gravy, I’ll recommend all customers to take your business elsewhere and find the gravy in another brand.

La ns esperienza con purina è pessima Abbiamo ricevuto 2 sacchi di crocchette per gatto (tot 20 kg) inutilizzabili perché durante il trasporto, che è stato effettuato senza imballo i sacchi si sono sporcato di una sostanza appiccicosa che ha attirato le formiche. Purina non sta dando seguito a reclamo e sono oramai trascorse diverse settimane da consegna. SCONSIGLIO!

We've been buying Pro Plan for years. The story is, ordered food first thing Monday morning 1 x Adult 1 x Puppy. Paid for next day delivery, did not arrive, Wednesday still not here live chat and phoned customer services explained that we have no adult dog good left and hardly any Puppy food for the litter of puppy's we had left and that we'd already used the puppy's pack food. Promised without a shadow of doubt that the food would be here on Thursday and if I didn't get a notification from DPD by 11am to call back this I did and was told that the food was STILL in thier warehouse!!!! Explained that noone stocks pro plan Puppy and I've absolutely no Puppy food and changing their diets 2 days before they leave for a new home was unacceptable. Listened to excuse after excuse. Asked for my breeder manager to call me well what a joke! A Breeder manager who lives on the other side of the country and doesn't give two hoots, after a heated argument telling us we were in the wrong?! Really??????!!!!!!! He promised to phone us back the same day with a solution for puppy food, we had called every store in a 50 mile radius to no avail. Did we get a call back with help???? NO we did NOT!!!!! Appalling pro plan you should be ashamed of yourself! I shall never ever promote Pro Plan to any new puppy owners absolutely disgraceful 😤 bad rude customer service, I think maybe they all need to go on a course!!!!!!! DO NOT BOTHER BUYING FROM THEM I shall be looking for a new brand of food to feed my dogs on.
