Well I do appreciate the fast delivery…
Well I do appreciate the fast delivery but my package was completely destroyed my product looked old and dried out. Im not even sure if I should use it.

Hi Kim, We’re sorry to hear your order arrived this way. While it’s uncommon, shipping carriers such as UPS can occasionally damage packages in transit. If the package arrived damaged, please reach out to our support team with photos of the shipping box and the product. We’re happy to file a claim with UPS and promptly send a replacement, as it would be on UPS for incorrectly handling the package during delivery. Regarding the product itself, our current GLP-3 R inventory is from fresh production batches. The Certificates of Analysis for the batches currently shipping are dated June 5 and June 16, and are publicly available on our product page. The vast majority of our orders arrive without issue, and whenever a shipping problem does occur, we do everything we can to resolve it as quickly as possible. We encourage customers to contact us directly first so we can make things right.
