So far the experience has been well received. I had to make a last minute change to my last order the other day and their customer service replied very fast and my whole order shipped out on time. As far as product packaging I find it very good quality but my 1 gripe is the hologram type labeling they use for their products because it's hard to get the QR code to focus on the camera to check the COA. The website is well designed and easy to follow, the free gifts after a certain spending tier are super high quality and greatly appreciated. For me, the prices seem very fair and the researched products so far seem to be of high quality. Oh and did I mention you get points for future purchases? Yup that's a big plus especially if you into researching for the mid to long term.

I received my order on time. I haven't started to use it yet ,but we'll see how it works.

Every order I've made so far has shown up on time, which is the best thing about this site, but this order got delayed twice, which was somewhat annoying, but the delivery time was truly exceptional overall!

The delivery was fast and easy. The products were intact however the water was not included in the delivery. I don't know why but I pais $13 for the water.

Seems good so far. Biggest issue is had was I ordered on a Friday, it shipped Saturday and was supposed to be here Monday but didn't get here until Tuesday. This is a product that needs refrigerated so even 2 days makes me nervous but im sure it will be fine. I took a chance with these guys since the price was so low, so I hope I see the same results as I was with my previous supplier. I will update and adjust my rating later.

Great Lab source with even greater prices! I would have given 5 stars but my items were lost on the mail and it took over 10 days to get to me.
