Trusted,verified, real
I have been using this site for a little bit of time, their customer service is impeccable, their delivery is FAST, their responses to emails are always professional and helpful. The products themselves seem to work quite well not getting into specifics.

1st order, early review
Seems good so far. Biggest issue is had was I ordered on a Friday, it shipped Saturday and was supposed to be here Monday but didn't get here until Tuesday. This is a product that needs refrigerated so even 2 days makes me nervous but im sure it will be fine. I took a chance with these guys since the price was so low, so I hope I see the same results as I was with my previous supplier. I will update and adjust my rating later.

Excellent Service
I received a batch that wasn't up to par once reconstituted. I immediately contacted customer service about the issue with the 2 vials. They immediately replaced my product (photo proof provided) and delivered it within 2 business days. The replacement product is flawless. Their customer service is excellent.

We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. We take concerns like this seriously. However, we’re unable to locate any order or transaction associated with this review, and it appears you may have received one of our promotional emails without having previously purchased from Purgo Labs. How can you identify us as a scammer just because you received a promotional email from us and never ordered? If you have had an actual transaction or experience with us, please contact our support team so we can look into it directly. We’ve also reported this review to Trustpilot for verification because reviews should be based on an actual experience with the business.
