Great experience so far customer service was super speedy, very personable and very specific to my order and the delivery was done in a matter of four days of me ordering. Excellent Customer service continued throughout the process. So far, I’m very happy with the product and the company. Not sure what all the complaints are for maybe just a bunch of haters? Or maybe they have improved in areas they were lacking before. Either way I’m very happy.

I have been using the drops for a couple months. Still not sure if there is any improvement. However I somehow got signed up for a subscription that is wasn’t aware of. This company does not give you a heads up a few days before shipping like others do so you can go in and cancel if you don’t want it. I just started receiving multiple bottles at one. Why? You don’t use much at a time. And charged $79 for two! I contacted customer service which never got back to me asking to have it cancelled. I finally jumped through the labyrinth of steps in their site to get it cancelled. Even when you think it is cancelled it’s not. There is one more step. Very “snake oil salesman” kind of marketing. It may be working but I don’t do business with slimy companies.

The company is fraudulent. They will get your credit and sign you up for auto pay. Horrible company

DO not order. Never received item. Have not gotten refund. Stay away from this company.

I placed an order for a one time purchase, not a recurring/ autorenewal, as I was a first time customer. I received it after multiple delays and then found from my doctor that I should be on an actual prescription. So, I contacted customer care via email and politely asked if they took returns of unopened products. I didn't think that would be a problem considering their website says "money back guaranteed" if unsatisfied. This wasn't even open. Anyway, that's not why I'm writing. Not only did I not hear back, but was just charged AGAIN for an auto refill. That was unauthorized and fraudulent in my opinion. I even have the receipt that says, One-Time Purchase and not the Recurring. Once again, I've heard nothing back. Now I have to change that credit card number, file a dispute, deal with an investigation from my credit card company, wait for a refund, and change all of my billing associated with that card. What a Massive mistake on my end. I should've listened to the bad reviews. That's why I'm writing this. And PS, my doc says it's actually Really Dangerous to take these drops without consulting a physician. Just Google it. It's really not even safe. No wonder they don't have a real company address, customer service or phone number and terrible reviews. They're FRAUDS. Hoping this helps expose them.

Would give it minus 5 stars if I could. Advertises quick shipping stating company is in WY - well, my shipment that left China on 7/3 still hasn't made it to my house and what I swore stated was a one-time purchase automatically renewed and added a subscription to my account. When I saw the email that they were preparing another shipment on 7/30/26 & had charged me for yet another shipment, I immediately cancelled my subscription and sent their customer support an email stating I wanted the order cancelled (DO NOT SHIP) since I never signed up for a subscription and I also wanted a refund for both orders (Again, I have never received anything from this company). Instead of receiving a response from their support team, I received another email from Pureveen showing they had "refunded" me $13.84. Guess what...that doesn't even cover the shipping. I immediately replied that this was not acceptable and I wanted a full refund. No reply. I just emailed them again and threatened to turn them into the BBB, The Consumer Protection Agency, The State Attorney General's Office and the FTC. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM - THEY ARE NOT IN WYOMING - THEY ARE IN CHINA - YOU NEVER RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT - VERY DIFFICULT TO GET A REFUND (IF AT ALL) - THEY AUTOMATICALLY SET YOU UP FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS WHEN IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE A ONE-TIME PURCHASE!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. A company that preys on people struggling with health issues is one of the lowest forms of deparvity, Pureveen is one of those companies. I ordered their product and waited a month for it to deliver. When the package arrived it was a USPS package that indiucated the product on the outside. The only thing inside the package was a slip of white paper. No product at all. They indicate on the outside of the package that it's "Thyroid Drops" which seems odd to list the contents of a product like that, likely so they can say it had been delivered when in fact they are sending out empty packages. They indicate they are located in Wisconsin when in fact they are in China. This is a total scam.

Still waiting For my shipment to try purveen. I think the presentation finally made sense to me. I can’t wait to try this product. All the Dr ever says is your body doesn’t make the stuff you need and you have to stay on levothyroxine. Now I read a lot of that medication is being recalled. I am so looking forward to a true alternative. I miss the old me and vitality I used to have. Can’t wait to try it. Kathy Fort Worth TX
