After using the product for 90 days and not seeing a benefit, I reached out for my refund as they promised. They are saying I am not eligible and only offering me a 59.00 refund. It has been a hassle with multiple back and forth emails. Basically, they are not providing what they state on the website. At the beginning, I actually tried to cancel the order because I changed my mind. It said that if you contact them within 12 hours of the order, they will cancel. I did that and they sent the product anyway.

Six pounds in eight weeks. I haven't changed what I eat, I haven't changed how I exercise. The only thing different is these drops. My nutritionist thinks its the estrogen clearance changing how my body holds onto weight. I don't need a more detailed explanation than that honestly.

Website indicates full refund if not satisfied with results after 90 days of using product. Unfortunately, this is not true. I have requested a refund and was initially offered 50% of what I paid. When I finally agreed, I received a response that this offer was no longer available and they could only provide approximately a 40% refund. When I offered to return unused product I was advised this would not impact the amount in any way, the offer was the offer. Very disappointed and obviously 40% is not a full refund. Don't by this product or anything from this company, it is all a hoax.

The company puts you on their autoship program without you approving it. Trying to get off & cancel the subscription is a nightmare. I began to wonder if they were ethical when they offered $50 off the next order in exchange for a review. In addition, I've seen no improvement from the product. Buyer beware,
