I use it all the time, but sometimes my husband Says I still snore.

This product has not always stopped my snoring but it has also allowed me to be able to breathe better (I also have sleep apnea) and now I do not have to use a CPAP. It has not only improved my sleep but also my husband's who is very grateful that I tried PureSleep. The only reason why I didn’t give it five stars is because parts of the mouthpiece are rough and it is hard to “smooth” the surface without ruining the shape of the mouthpiece.

Best overall 'stop snore' product. Not 100% effective according to the wife.....

Good most of the time. Much better with Pure Sleep than without.

I use a PureSleep device every night. It allows me to sleep quietly and prevents the positional sleep apnea that caused me problems for many years. My husband much appreciates the difference it makes in my sleep. I no longer wake up tired or fall asleep driving. I've had six of these devices, so far. It does take a little getting used to, and it takes a little practice to mold the device just right. The initial molding makes a big difference in fit and comfort. Of all the devices, mouthpieces and straps, I've tried, including a customized device from a doctor or dentist (don't remember which), this is the device that works for me, and the one I'll stick with.

Great idea. My mouth is a little too small for this, but otherwise it works. I will be watching for when they have smaller mouth sizes available.
