5 star for sure. I have tried others and this one is the best, Easy to make and use. Effective. Does stop snoring. Not gorgeous, but who cares??!! IT WORKS!!

I have been using the puresleep for five years now. I was sceptical at first. It takes a month or so to get used to the mouthpiece, but after you do you will sleep through the night. I get deep REM sleep. I'm so glad I gave puresleep a shot, my wife is too lol.

I would heartily recommend PureSleep as a solution to noisy breathing during sleep. This may not be suitable to someone with apnea, but noise related to allergies may be alleviated.

First time in 20 years I can sleep on my back!! Always wake feeling rested. I no longer keep others awake when camping or hunting.
