Hard for returning customers to just simply order new devices at a returning customer lower price. Other than that, five stars would have been my choice

I've been using the product for the better part of 13 years. However, I've always ordered 2 units at one time because no 2 experiences of making the units fit are ever the same. I waste 1 out of 2 every time for the past 13 years. Once fitted properly, they work exceptionally well.....but that is always a toss up for me....Always anxiety when I have to make a new one...and they aren't really inexpensive. I love the product....I very much dislike the fitting procedure.

I have tried countless products but I keep coming back to Pure Sleep. However, it needs improvement. The molding process is temperamental. You have a very short time between removing the device from the boiling water and putting it in your mouth. I have found it is still too hot for me to hold my bite long enough to create a tight fit. I have also noticed, over time, the fit of the device loosens, that causes it to fall from my mouth when sleeping. Since I have not found a better solution, I continue to use Pure Sleep. However, I still search for something better.

Not sure if its because I'm a heavy snorer but my wife and I (mainly my wife lol) didn't get the results hoped. I can honestly say I didn't hear a thing!!!

I bought this product many years ago and was fantastic but, this time the quality of the product is poor... I had to use the second one in less than 2 months and is not working properly :( I don't think that I will buy it again.

I still snore occasionally and my jaw is sometimes sore in the mornings. But my husband says it's better than before.

Great product I have been using Puresleep for years. Works exactly as described. Can’t sleep without it.!!

It definitely helps minimize snoring, according to my wife. However, sometimes it doesn't. I think it depends on how bad you snore, and other factors like the position you sleep. For the first couple of months it made my teeth uncomfortable in the morning, but it would go away after about an hour, after removing the device. After a while the discomfort isn't as bad, but still the, slightly. I have noticed my teeth moving, changing my bite. The change in my bite is the biggest disappointment, however I can't bite my nails anymore due to the poor bite, so that's kind of a good thing, that I don't bite my nails anymore. Biting off a tough piece of meat is more difficult though. I think I need braces now to fix my bite, but I'm 65, hah!
