I've been using one for several years and it does the trick for me. My worst experience is when I accidentally forgot to pack it on a trip. I was miserable without it.

I bought PureSleep hoping it would be an inexpensive way to stop myself from snoring and bothering my husband at night. It Works 100%. It did take some time getting used to wearing a mouth piece every night, however both my husband and I sleep so very much better. I have realized that my nightly rest is definitely improved as well. And, my husband says I am as quiet as a mouse while asleep!

The device is higher quality that many of the imitations. It works well and my wife says it works well in controlling my snoring. I have gotten used to wearing it at night and notice when I do not have it.
