I was so pleased to find Pure Sleep! My snoring was causing my husband to have poor sleep---and I sensed that my breathing was labored and my chest felt heavy. The appliance I purchased has made my health prognosis much brighter and likely my husband's as well. It is certainly worth a look-see!

It has really helped my sleep. I'm a firefighter so I use one at home and then one at the station on my 24 hour shift. My roommates appreciate that it has stopped my snoring.

Excellent product. I have used these for several years and have adjusted the jaw thrust to accommodate my sleep mode. Works as well as the $1500.00 ones from Orthodontist. I have trialed other makes and brands, without success.
